Meet the Theodos Family

Meet the Theodos family...
they are my neighbors.
When Mary Ruth asked if I could take some family photos, my response was a quick "yes". I met Mary Ruth at Wyatt's VBS classes this past summer, when Weston was just one month old. Seeing how tired I looked, Mary Ruth eagerly helped me out with the boys. I'm so thankful that I could repay her for how kind she was to me and the boys.
And of course, she has a lovely, beautiful family. I was able to get more candid shots and I really really loved the way they turned out.

My friends have the most beautiful children- and I love, absolutely love to capture these candid moments...(because they grow so fast!)

Family Photos

Recently I've had 3 couples ask me to take family photos for them. I realized something: taking family photos with young children is really really difficult. I also realized that I enjoy shooting candid shots a lot more than 'staged' ones.
That being said, here are my favorite of these beautiful families.

Thankful today for a wonderful husband, celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, for healthy wonderful children, for my community market and park, and for my parents who spent the weekend with the kiddos so we could have some rest and relaxation :).
